Based on the St James's University Hospital campus, the Library supports the information needs of University research and teaching staff, medical and healthcare students, and employees of the Hospital Trust. The Library is run in collaboration with LTHT and NHS library staff are available to assist Trust staff.

The Library is based on level 3 of the Clinical Sciences Building.
