We aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Complaints procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and respond fully within 10 working days. If you remain dissatisfied with the service you have received, your complaint will be passed to the Head of Customer Services and the Library's senior managers.

If we are unable to resolve matters with you satisfactorily within the Library the University has a complaints procedure, details of which are available available on the Secretariat website.
