Biography or history
Clarke, Arthur John (b 1894). Born at Bletchley, Buckinghamshire, and trained at Devonport from age 15. Signalman, RN (Royal Navy), serving with the Submarine Service, 1913-1921. Discharged in July 1926 at Sydney, Australia.
