Comprises: (1) Three autograph typescripts of literary works by Trevor with many manuscript revisions, namely fragments of two plays and one piece of fiction, undated and not identified; and (2) An autograph manuscript postcard from William Trevor to Colin Huggett, dated 22 November 1973, concerning signing copies of his own books in Huggett's possession.

William Trevor is the pseudonym of William Trevor Cox, the short story writer, novelist, and playwright, who was born on 24 May 1928 in Mitchelstown, County Cork, Ireland. For fuller details of his life and achievements see 'Who's who'.
