Join us at the Treasures of the Brotherton Gallery to hear a short history of cookery books by food historian Eileen White before heading to the M&S Company Archive to discover the history of food at M&S. Includes an archivist's talk, a guided tour of the Marks In Time exhibition and of course some refreshments!

Please note that this event starts at the Treasures of the Brotherton, Parkinson Building, then moves to the M&S Company Archive. The walk between the venues will be guided and takes approximately 10 minutes. Please contact us if you have any access queries.

The talk is fully booked but there is a waiting list. You will be contacted if places become available.

Each week, we will have a different 'Friday Focus' so you can pull up a stool and enjoy looking at works you may never have noticed before.

Use your time to hone your sketching skills, chat with fellow art appreciators or simply indulge your creativity in a calm, inspiring atmosphere.
