FUAM Graduate Art Prize Exhibition 2019

Prize show for recent Art and Design graduates of the University of Leeds, recognising the creativity and excellence of our students.

Now in its seventh year, the FUAM Graduate Art Prize, supported by the Friends of University Art & Music (FUAM), rewards the artistic excellence of students completing BA studies in Art and Design and Fine Art at the University of Leeds in 2019.

This exhibition showcases the work of this year's four finalists. The finalists were selected by an expert panel of judges from the Degree shows at the School of Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies and School of Design at the University of Leeds.

The judging panel comprises Professor Claire Honess (Dean of the Leeds Doctoral College), Dr Hilary Diaper (former Keeper of the University of Leeds Art Collection) and Dr Catriona McAra (Curator, Leeds Arts University).

This year's finalists are:

Eloise Burrows (BA Art and Design)

Katie Bennett-Rice (BA Art and Design)

Bella Marr (BA Fine Art)

Alex Oliver (BA Fine Art with History of Art)
