M&S Company Archive joins Special Collections in the prestigious Archives Hub

The M&S Company Archive has now joined the Library's Special Collections as part of the internationally recognised Archives Hub, a major resource used by researchers seeking archival information.

"We're delighted that the Archives Hub will enable more people to take advantage of our unique collection" says Katharine Carter, Company Archivist.

The Archive is located in the Michael Marks building on the Western Campus. It is home to a collection of 70,000 items, ranging from staff magazines to food packaging and business papers to bras. It provides a fantastic resource for subject areas as diverse as Design, Business, Geography and Childhood Studies.

The Archives Hub website has a vast range of archive resources, linking different collections and allowing you to search broad, cross-disciplinary subject areas.

Have a look at the M&S Company Archives Hub and the Library's Special Collections Archives Hub webpages.

Or you can search the M&S collections catalogue direct.
