Can you spare 30 minutes to be a volunteer on our web testing panel?

We want to make sure our online services and webpages are the best they can be, but we need your help to do it.

We have a number of opportunities coming up to test new online services. By volunteering now, your name will be added to a mailing list and we'll inform you by email when we are next testing, with details of what we are working on. You can then choose what to volunteer for.

Your input will shape our website and you'll get a sneak preview of new services and of web developments.

Feedback will usually be in one of the following formats:
  • Focus groups - where we ask you what you think about a particular issue, and what we can do to improve (30 minutes to 1 hour)
  • One-to-one user testing - where you perform a series of tasks on a particular part of our website, to assess how easy it is to navigate and use (30 minutes).

If you'd like to be involved, just fill in our short sign-up form.

If this isn't for you, you can still give us feedback about the Library at any time. Please contact us if you have comments, questions or suggestions.
