Easter at the Library
We will close at 5pm on Thursday 29 March and open on 4 April. Find out how to avoid fines and access online resources during the vacation.
The Library will close for Easter weekend on Thursday 29 March at 5pm, re-opening in the morning on Wednesday 4 April.
This year, the Easter vacation runs from 16 March to 16 April. The Library will remain open on reduced hours during this period.
Borrowing and returning books
You must check if your books have been requested and need to be returned, to avoid fines.
- check your University email
- check the UniLeeds App
- log into Minerva and click on the book icon in the top-right corner to log in to your Library record
If requested books are not returned by the due date, there is a fine of £2.50 per item per day. This applies for each day the Library is open past the due date. More information about fines
You can return books in person by taking them to any library on campus, or you can return items by post. More information about returning and renewing books
