24 hour opening

When the Laidlaw Library opens its doors at 8am on Monday 2 May, it will remain open non-stop until midnight on Friday 3 June. Both the Edward Boyle and Health Sciences libraries have extended opening hours during the summer term.

Check the Library opening times for other libraries on campus.

Café Seven outside the Health Sciences Library and Caffè Nero in the Laidlaw Library will have extended opening hours for the exam period.

Getting home

If you're studying late, you can use Leeds University Union services to get you home safely. The LUU Nightbus costs only £1, and emergency arrangements are in place with Amber Taxis.

Text for help: 07783 679 559

The text for help service returns during the exam period in order to make your studies as stress-free as possible.

It will run from Tuesday 3 May to Friday 3 June.

If it's too noisy in a Silent Study area, or there's a problem with a printer or the temperature is uncomfortable - whatever the issue you can send us a text. A member of staff will be in your area as soon as they can to deal with the problem.

Extra pop-up revision space

The Library can get very busy at exam time, so we have made extra rooms available in 11-14 Blenheim Terrace for revision between 9 May - 3 June. Look out for the notices on the doors to see which rooms are available on each day.

Blenheim Terrace is open from 9am-6pm Monday to Fridays, but will be closed during the bank holiday on Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 May.

Looking for a computer? Check the IT Cluster availability to find out which clusters have computers available. If you don't know where the clusters are, check the list of clusters or the cluster map for directions.

Be prepared with Skills@Library

There's a host of exam and revision support from Skills@Library to help you perform at your best. Book your place on an exam workshop, get advice and tips from our revision and exams webpages, or take advantage of 1-to-1 support in the Laidlaw Library.
