Send in a proposal for the Royal Historical Society New Historical Perspectives series

The Royal Historical Society (RHS) has launched an innovative new series called New Historical Perspectives.

The series will include monographs, shorter forms of work, edited essay collections and conference proceedings.

The series will be open to early career scholars (within ten years of receipt of their doctoral degree), and to more senior scholars who are collaborating with early career scholars.

The works from the New Historical Perspectives will be published in hard copy as well as in the New Historical Perspectives Open Access publication, giving great attention to historian's work.

Authors of longer works, including monographs, will be eligible for RHS 'monograph workshops', where a panel of experts will provide detailed feedback on a draft. The RHS will work closely with authors and editors to help them to publish excellent scholarship in the highest quality formats.

To submit a proposal, please download and complete the NHP Proposal Form (DOC).
