Creative fun this August at the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery

A series of family workshops will be held throughout August at the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery.

As part of the Footsteps into Art exhibition, families can participate in printmaking, weaving, and imagining their own art gallery.

Event details are below.

Footsteps into Art introduces local primary school children to fine art practices in a gallery setting.

The pupils' creative work is showcased throughout the summer at the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery. The weekly rotation of original compositions and homages to works from the University Art Collection makes for a stimulating and original exhibition.

In addition to the exhibition and workshops, a celebration event will be held on 13 August.
