Find out how EndNote can help you manage your references, add citations and create reference lists.

Have you ever spent hours toiling over your reference lists or wasted time trying to locate those sources that you're sure you saved in that folder... or was it on your memory stick? If the answer is "yes", why not try using EndNote

EndNote helps you to store and manage your references. It also works with Microsoft Word to insert citations and create your reference list (or bibliography) automatically for you.

EndNote has thousands of output styles pre-installed. These include the Leeds University Harvard and Numeric styles (based on the Library's referencing guidance) and the approved styles for a wide range of journals.

The Library offers guidance and support in using EndNote. The software is available on all University cluster PCs and is accessible to students and staff off-campus via Desktop Anywhere.

You can find general referencing help and guidance on using the Leeds University Harvard and Numeric styles on our website.
