Be in control of your revision

If you struggle with planning and sticking to your revision timetable, find it difficult to get facts into your memory, or suffer from nerves on the day, have a look at the Skills@Library examinations webpage for useful advice on exam preparation.

You could also use past examination papers as mock exams, to time yourself and rehearse your exam techniques.

The Skills Collection on level 8 in the Edward Boyle Library has lots of exam help books to choose from. Many have checklists and effective revision techniques which can be understood in a short amount of time, but can make a big difference to what you can achieve.

And, if you're worried about sitting your exams, the Leeds University Union website offers advice and guidance on coping with exam stress.
