Some items unavailable from 15 February - 8 March.

We want to make room in our stacks for new acquisitions, and to develop existing collections, so some of our materials will be moving from Special Collections to the Western Campus Store.  Some items will be unavailable between 15 February and 8 March.

Special Collections will be open as usual during this period, but before you plan a visit it's advisable to check the Library Catalogue for more detailed information about which particular items are moving. After the move is finished, the collections will be available for consultation again using the stores online request booking system.

The collections containing material to be moved are:

             Ancient History (standard and quarto)

Barbier Collection including pamphlets and dictionaries

             Bibliography  (standard and quarto)

             Clothworkers Collection

             General Classics

             Greek  (standard and quarto)

             Holden  (standard and quarto)

             Latin  (standard and quarto)

             Law  (standard and quarto)

             Leeds Russian Archive Cross Collection

             Occultism

             Roberts Collection

             Semitic

             Thompson Collection

Please contact Special Collections either by telephone or email, if you are unsure of the availability of material, and staff will be happy to help.

We will try to minimise any inconvenience whilst materials are being moved, and appreciate your patience whilst we work on improvements.
