System of arrangement

The files in this series were arranged by Hill in a long alphabetical sequence by subject matter. This arrangement has been retained, although it should be noted that the originally sequence included a number of labelled but empty files which have not been accounted for here. The file titles generally reflect the titles assigned by Hill.
