Description

The border is decorated with roses, strawberries, thistles, speedwells, pinks, heartsease, columbines, pea flowers, flies, a bluebird, a peacock and a grotesque with a human head with a pointed beard, curly hair and a beret, with the body of a bird with a human face on its stomach, and with lion's hind legs. 6-line foliate initial.
