Printed, foliated, and signed as part of an edition of Boethius' Opera. The number of copies of this part recorded in Goff suggests that it was sold separately.
Leaves 202, 219, 221 and 222 are wrongly numbered 198, 280, 219 and 220 respectively.
Printed in two columns with 69 lines to a full column.

Bindings
Twentieth-century binding of half parchment and brown paper over pasteboard. The spine is smooth with six parchment sewing supports visible. Written in black ink manuscript directly onto the spine at its head are the words: Boethius Opera. Written directly onto the base of the spine in black ink manuscript are the words: Venezia Joh. u. Greg. de Gregoriis 1491. The number 2 has been added in pencil manuscript after the date. Size: 306 x 212mm. Leaf size: 300 x 202mm.
Provenance
Coloured armorial bookplate of Sir Edward Allen Brotherton on the front pastedown. The book was most likely acquired before 17 June 1929 when Brotherton was created Baron Brotherton of Wakefield.
