Bindings
Binding of marbled paper over pasteboard, probably nineteenth-century. The marbled paper features the spot pattern in brown and blue. At the head of the smooth spine is a blue paper label on which is written, in black ink manuscript: [?] Alemanni Corona Beatae Mariae Virginis - (1490). Size: 296 x 220mm. Leaf size: 286 x 204 mm.

Coloured armorial bookplate of Sir Edward Allen Brotherton on the front pastedown. The book was most likely acquired before 17 June 1929 when Brotherton was created Baron Brotherton of Wakefield.
