In the second panel is a pared dark green leather lettering piece gold-tooled with the words: Cornucupiae - Commentarios linguae latinae. In the fifth panel is a pared brown leather lettering piece gold-tooled with the place and date: Venetus 1489. The pastedowns are of marbled paper featuring the spot pattern in red, yellow, blue and cream. The leaf edges are coloured red. Size: 308 x 226mm. Leaf size: 299 x 210mm.
