Are you an artist or craftsperson? Do you exhibit your artwork or want to start? If yes, this workshop might be just the ticket!
Join Layla Bloom, the Art Curator of The Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery and Chris Grygiel, the University’s Digital Archivist to get top tips and tricks for how to show your artworks at their best.
This is a practical workshop where you can gain a basic understanding of curatorial decision-making when planning exhibitions. Both traditional art forms and new technology will be discussed. Explore the choices made in the current exhibition before considering how to exhibit your own artwork.
There will be opportunity for 5-minute one-to-one surgeries with the Art Curator. Spaces for this are limited.
This workshop is for University of Leeds students and early career professionals.
