Tuesday Treasure: Little and Large

From minuscule manuscripts to massive music books, drop in to June’s Tuesday Treasure to see some of the biggest and smallest objects from our collections.

Inspired by Chris Sheppard’s book, A Sense of Proportion, we will showcase some tiny treasures belonging to famous poets, past and present. Other highlights include small sketches and petite books designed for children.

The scale of the items is really brought into contrast when placed alongside some of our larger objects. Get ready for huge maps, hefty tomes and arguably the heaviest book in Special Collections.
