Where to start?
The public art trail map (PDF) will guide you on a self-led exploration of our 21 pieces of public art.
Or you can pick up a free map from one of our Galleries in the Parkinson Building, which is close to the start of the trail. See how to get to the Galleries.
We recommend 90 minutes to two hours to see everything, but you can alter the route to suit your needs. Of course, you can return at any time to see the artworks you missed or revisit old favourites.
Campus facilities
While you’re on campus, why not visit our Galleries to see our latest exhibitions of art and rare artefacts?
There are cafés for food and drink, and accessible toilet facilities nearby.
Events
Come along to one of our free ‘Walk and Draw’ events. We’ll guide you through the trail to observe and engage with the artworks through drawing. You don't need to be an artist or have any previous experience. It’s a relaxed way to explore and immerse yourself in the artworks.
Or join a ‘Public Art Walk’ to experience the art and enjoy the fresh air with a casual group walk.
Visit the Galleries events page for details of free events and how to book.
