Description

Comprises accounts of various journeys undertaken by Joseph Wood including ones to meetings at Leek, Ackroyd and Lumbroyd near Penistone. A piece of paper with '34' printed on it is pasted to the front cover. The dates '1800' and '1801' have been written in pencil on this piece of paper. '22' and '1800-1' have been written in ink on the top of the front cover. The cover comprises a contemporary paper with an orange, yellow and white foliage design on a black background. A partial index is written in pencil on the inside front cover.
