View looking down the main street in Burbage (Wiltshire), with the Three Horse Shoes public house on the left hand side. The public house has a thatched roof. Survey of English Dialects (SED) locality 32/4.
This photograph is one of a series taken by Herbert Voitl in SED localities in the Southern and West Midland Counties. Prints of 72 localities were made from Voitl's negatives.
