A collection of 148 recipes, together with lists of the order of dishes and an index.

Manuscript copy of 'Receipts of Pastry and Cookery...' missing printed title page, appears to be a copy and in same hand as MS 75 'Receipts of pastry and cookery for the use of his scholars, by Edward Kidder'.

Previously believed to have been compiled by Edward Dalton.

Contemporary numeration of pages 1-60. Brown morocco binding; spine repaired. Book plate of Edward Dalton
