To the left bust of Constans with long beard; to the right bust of Constantine IV, beardless; each wearing chalmys and crown with cross on a circle. Between heads is a cross; legend around dNCONSTANTINUS C CONSTANTIN.

Cross potent on base and three steps, legend around VICTORIA AVGY with officina letter I and mintmark CONOB below.
