A letter writ by Mijn Heer Fagel, pensioner to the great and mighty lords, the states of Holland and Westfriesland : Writ in French on the 9th of April, N. Stile 1688. to the Marquiss of Albeville, Envoy Extraordinary of His Majesty of Great Britain, to the high and mighty the States General of the United Provinces.
