The book begins '[index] Almond'. Recipes are ascribed to 'Mrs. Gorden' (p.10), 'Raffald' (p.45), 'Miss Hall' (p.48), 'Mrs. Masterson' (p.198) and 'Mr. Webb' (p.226).
