Note: With the letter of 6 Mar sends three stories "The friendly", "Car sticker" and "the sad limit" to consider for Firebird 3. Letter of 12 May sends four extracts from a novel "Stretch Mark" for possible inclusion in Firebird 3.(Only three attached but pencil note says "Held 2, returned 1,3,4"). In letter of 23 Jun Hamilton expresses pleasure that "Stretch Mark" is to be included in Firebird 3. Final letter adopts suggestion for "A sook fur freedom" as the title for "Stretch Mark(s)" for Firebird 3. A biographical note is included in the letter. Two copies of old and two copies of new extracts from "A sook for freedom" and one copy of "The friendly" are included in the file. ("A Sook fur freedom" - an extract from "Stretch marks" was published in Firebird 3 Page 77)
