Access and car parking

The Health Sciences Library is on level 7 of the Worsley Building. On weekdays between 8am and 6.30pm you can use the walkway alongside the Garstang Building (School of Biochemistry) or the bridge from floor D of Clarendon Wing.

You can also use the main entrance on Clarendon Way until 6.30pm. In the evenings and on weekends there is no access from Clarendon Wing or Clarendon Way.

After 6.30pm and at weekends the entrance to the Worsley building from the walkway by the Garstang Building is secured. Access is by scanning either a staff, student or Library card. Visitors without a card can press the buzzer which is connected to a videophone at Library reception, and speak to a member of staff who can open the door remotely.

There is a wheelchair-height gate at the entrance to the Library.

Lifts

There are two lifts in the Worsley Building that can bring you to level 7.

Toilets

There is an accessible toilet near the foyer area of the Library.

Parking

There is one disabled car parking space for the Worsley Building on Clarendon Way, in front of the building.
