Lunchtime talk at Leeds Town Hall (13 Feb) and the Brotherton Library (27 Feb)

The Leeds Archive of Vernacular Culture (LAVC) in Special Collections is a unique and exciting collection of materials relating to English dialect and folk life.

Come along and hear how we are breathing new life into this historical archive by teaming up with Yorkshire museums, enriching their collections, and inviting visitors (locals and offcumdens alike!) to help us dig for dialect.

The Leeds Town Hall lunchtime talks, focus on items held in Special Collections. Events are free, but please book to reserve your place.

Can't make the talk?
