Work starts on the Library's new exhibition gallery

This week, the builders moved in to the Parkinson Court to begin work on the "Treasures of the Brotherton: Leeds University Library Gallery" exhibition space.

The Heritage Lottery funded project will open up the Library's Special Collections to the public, making them accessible to a wide audience through exhibitions, workshops, events and school and family activities.

The project is expected to take just under eight months to complete.
