Profile

I have been working in UK HE for 14 years, focusing on research support within both library and research and innovation environments. I have been in my current role since June 2023. Beyond my current role in research analytics, I also have experience supporting Open Research, supporting REF submissions, plus experience working in special collections with a widening participation angle. I have an interest in leadership and career development within HE with a particular focus on EDI and understanding intersectionality in this space.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the Research Analytics team and associated strategic projects and actions
  • Providing in-depth research metrics-related support for staff, research leaders and committees
  • Design and delivery of workshops related to research metrics and avoidance of predatory publishers
