Profile
I have been a member of Research Services within the Library since Autumn 2022, supporting the ingest of University of Leeds research outputs into the White Rose Research Online (WRRO) and White Rose Etheses Online (WREO) repositories. I also provide support to Leeds researchers via our email enquiry service, and co-chair the Research Services Enquiry Management Squad, which has oversight of enquiries processes across the team and works to identify and implement improvements to our services. Prior to this role, I was a member of the Libraries Customer Services team for thirteen years, with a brief period in public libraries before that, and have brought the customer-focused approach I developed in these roles to Research Services.

- Triaging and responding to research-related student and staff enquiries via our Research, Library Deposits and E-theses inboxes.
- Co-chairing the Research Services Team Enquiry Management Squad.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of internal team knowledgebases to ensure consistent services across the team.
- Providing support to the administration and running of Researcher Skills Workshops.
