Currently I am job sharing with Tim Procter as Interim Associate Director, Cultural Collections & Curatorial Practice, a key role in the University of Leeds Libraries Executive Team. Our role involves leading the Cultural Collection & Galleries team. We are responsible for ensuring that cultural collections contribute to the intellectual life of the campus, and help deliver the Libraries’ ambitious vision for the future, Knowledge for all.
For the past 14 years I have worked as the University Art Curator, with strategic responsibility for civic engagement with Cultural Collection & Galleries. As Curator, I am responsible for the development of the University of Leeds Art Collection, including its public art on campus. I first joined the University of Leeds in 2008 as Exhibitions Officer, responsible for curating art exhibitions for the Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery. Before this, I was Curator-Fine Art at Leeds Art Gallery.
