Profile

Member of the Libraries Executive Team, and sponsor of the Sustainable Environments element of our Forward Plan. I am strategic lead for customer experience, space strategy, and academic skills. 

My role is to ensure our students have a positive experience studying in our buildings and accessing our services, and that we provide comprehensive support to help them develop the academic skills they will need during their time at university – and beyond. 

I am also Chair of the White Rose Libraries University Press Management Board, and member of the Steering Group for Academic Libraries North.

Responsibilities
