I am a dedicated Customer Services Manager at the University of Leeds Libraries, where I lead a team that provides front-line customer support across the University's four libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences and Laidlaw. Our team is committed to assisting with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to utilizing our facilities, such as study rooms and printing services, seven days a week.

In addition to my role, I am a proud member of CILIP and serve as a Wellbeing Champion, Digital Champion and Litearcy Champion. I have also established and currently manage The Staff Catholic Network and the Library Customer Services team's football team. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Library and Information Services Management through distance learning at Sheffield University.

My passion for libraries drives my commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our community.
