Profile
I am one of the Customer Services Managers at the University of Leeds Libraries. The Customer Services team are the smiling faces delivering front-line customer support across the University's five libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences, Laidlaw and St James' University Hospital. We are here to answer your enquiries face-to-face, online and in person seven days a week. We can help with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to using our facilities such as study rooms and printing and copying issues.
I work with our facilities team to help manage our spaces, ensuring that faults are reported and actioned. I am keen to expand footfall in the library so work with other partners such as Educational Engagement and Life Long Learning. I also regularly post information about the library on different university networks so we continue to promote our library services.
