I am one of the Customer Services Managers at the University of Leeds Libraries. The Customer Services team are the smiling faces delivering front-line customer support across the University’s five libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences, Laidlaw, and St James’ University Hospital. We are here to answer your enquiries face-to-face, online, and in person seven days a week. We can help with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to using our facilities such as study rooms and printing and copying issues.

I am passionate about improving user engagement and accessibility of our services, specifically with Webchat. Alongside this, I’m working towards becoming a Certified Administrator on our library management system, Alma.
