If you have a complaint, please submit it using this online form or email email@example.com. You can help us to deal with your complaint quickly by providing the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- Library location, service or resource about which you wish to complain
- Outline your complaint, including where and when the problem occurred
We will do our best to resolve any problems from within the Library and will refer to senior managers when needed. If we are unable to resolve matters with you satisfactorily the University has a complaints procedure, details of which are available on the Secretariat website
