Open educational resources survey

How can we support you to find, use and create open educational resources for your reading lists?

Let us know if and how you use Open Educational Resources (OERs) by answering this quick White Rose Libraries OER survey – it should only take a few minutes.

Open Educational Resources are free teaching, learning and research materials in any medium, digital or otherwise. The resources reside in the public domain or have been released under an open license that offers access, use, adaptation and redistribution by others with minimal restrictions.

White Rose University Libraries are conducting research into levels of knowledge and understanding of open educational resources. We’d like a better understanding of how you select reading and construct your reading lists. This will help us to identify how libraries can effectively support academic colleagues in the discovery, use and creation of OER.

The importance and usefulness of OERs has been highlighted by the shift to digital for teaching and learning during the pandemic.

The OER survey is open until Friday 7 January 2022. You will need to sign in with a Google account, but your identity will remain anonymous.
