Improved functionality makes searching EBSCO easier
Introducing a new EBSCOhost user interface.
EBSCOhost has updated the interface of its content platform.
The content platform, also referred to as EBSCO, provides students with access to a range of resources in several subject areas.
The changes to the interface improve the search functionality, making it easier for you to find resources to support your studies.
Access the new interface to explore the improvements (or continue using the previous interface until December).
The updated basic search allows you to quickly run a search for your keywords. You can also use quick filters to easily create a more targeted search before reviewing your results.
The improved advanced search lets you conduct more focused searches, zoning in on the resources you need by using “Guided-Style Find fields” to search for your terms in specific citation fields, such as by title or subject.
You can apply limiters to keywords before you search to generate a targeted list of resources, for example only showing peer reviewed matches to your search terms. You can further refine your results by applying filters, such as language, publisher and location.

If you already use the platform and have a MyEBSCO account, you can smoothly transition to the new interface with support on accessing your previously saved data.
