Digital skills are more important than ever, and our Discovery Tool can help you find out what you know (and what you don’t know) about all things digital.

Whether it’s making presentations or analysing data, getting to grips with new tech tools or identifying the digital skills employers look for on CVs, there’s always more you can learn or improve.

How to log in

Just head over to the Discovery Tool login page and select the University of Leeds. Click continue and use your University email to log in. Easy.

Discover hundreds of resources

The resource bank has hundreds of resources covering almost any digital skill you can imagine. The tools are batched into categories for you to browse and try out.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly explore all the resources and find specific learning that you need now.

Get a personalised report on your skills

You can also use the Discovery Tool to assess your digital skills with five question sets. These cover what you need to know as a new student, skills for higher education, essential digital skills, AI and gen AI and skills for employability.

When you complete these question sets, you’ll get a personalised report that details your strengths, areas for improvement and the resources you can use to take your tech know-how up a notch.
