Library on-demand television service gives you access to millions of broadcasts
Did you know that your Libraries give you access to Box of Broadcasts (BoB), an on-demand television and radio service specifically designed for education?
From documentaries to drama, BoB features over 75 free-to-air channels including BBC1, 2 and 4 and ITV, supporting research, study and teaching. It also gives you access to international language programmes and radio broadcasts.
What are the benefits of BoB?
Some of the features available in BoB include:
- access to programmes on specific subject matter
- the ability to create your own programme playlists
- television and radio archives to use as sources of information in your research
- access to specially curated playlists across several topics
- access to Viewfinder, an archive of insightful articles and publications from academics exploring film, television, radio and education

How to Access BoB
Head to the BoB homepage and select the University of Leeds as your institution. Then simply log in with your University credentials, verify your account and get access to 2.2 million TV and radio broadcasts.
