The digitisation studio team provide on-demand digitisation of material from Special Collections, for research and study.

Trained professionals use specialist cameras to create digital versions of printed materials to preserve them and make them accessible to a wider audience.

The digitisation process allows collections to be accessible in more places, and users gain an understanding of the scope of a collection without having to see it in person.

The team also provides advice on digitisation projects to university staff.
