The way to return items has changed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
If you are travelling to campus to study or to work, you can return any on-loan items through the Laidlaw Library return slot at the top of the stairs outside the Hilary Place entrance.
If you are studying in the Laidlaw Library you can also use the book return slots next to the lifts on the ground floor.
If you are using the click and collect service, you can return items using the return slot in the foyer of the Edward Boyle Library.
If you are unable to visit campus, you can return items by post using the Royal Mail tracked returns service. Fill in your details and include Library as the department name to create your label. You can print your label at home and then drop your parcel at a Post Office or parcel postbox
if you don’t have access to a printer, you can receive a QR code which you can then take, along with your parcel, to a Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point where they can print a label for you.
