Who can use the Library

We are open to members of the asylum seeker and refugee community who have an information or study need that can be met by our facilities.

We are able to offer free annual membership with reference-only access.

You can register in person at any Library reception desk during core hours (8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm Saturday and Sunday)

You will need to bring a signed authorised form from one of the following organisations (and photo ID if possible):
LASSN, MAFWA, PAFRAS, Migration Yorkshire or STAR (Student Action for Refugees).

Membership includes use of a small number of library computers, which offer access to the internet and restricted access to some library electronic resources.
