As a learner it may seem that you don’t have much opportunity to innovate, but in fact you are always trying things that are new to you. Digital innovation is about trying new digital practices and being able to assess their benefits and risks, as well as using digital technologies, when you are developing your ideas and projects.

Reflect on digital innovation by asking:

• Do I feel confident trying new digital practices and tools? Do I have any barriers to trying new things?
• How do I assess the benefits and risks of new digital practices?
