Academic researchers should forward email acceptances to prhspublications@leeds.ac.uk as soon as they receive them, and can also use this email account for general open access enquiries or requests for assistance.
Compliance responsibilities
It is the individual responsibility of all academic and research staff, as well as PGR students, to ensure they are fully compliant with the HEFCE policy. Authors are required to enter details of all their outputs into University publications system (Symplectic) and self-deposit accepted manuscripts within three months of the date of acceptance.
